Now that Planetside 2 has released some of the backstory, we thought it might be fun to take a look back to the beginning.
The AGN Radio Dramas were fan fiction meant to stir up interest for the upcoming game of Planetside and also to provide the premise for the Auraxis Global Network.
AGN1 was released in December of 2002 some six months before the release of Planetside. This drew the attention of Flynt who joined our staff and went on to do all of our AGN show announcements and many unforgettable commercials that became legendary in the Planetside community.
AGN2 was released in January of 2003, and the final episode AGN3 (split into AGN3, AGN4, & AGN5 here) was released in August 2003.
We apologize for the quality of these recordings. It was a different time back then, with many still on dialup and bandwidth was a precious commodity, the bit rate was low to be able to stream to as many as possible within the limits of our technology at the time.
So without further ado, we present the original AGN Radio Dramas. Thanks for all the support over the years!
