Use thottbot (www.thottbot.com) if you want raw info taken directly from the game. It doesn't have a forum except that each skill/item has guestbook-style comments. If you use Cosmos UI you can contribute to Thottbot's database of stuff. I assume you already visit the official site (www.worldofwarcraft.com).
