I would need a guild, wich one has the most members of PSU in it? Also, what has changed since I quit a long time ago. Also, would anyone be willing to hook me up with a bit of cash and a ship to get me going?
Edit: does anyone know if they keep old chracters? If I still had my old char, why start a new one?

Yes, they keep your old characters if you were on the 14-day trial. That's how I started out, did the trial, 2 months later I had the money to start playing and just continued on the same accout. Just log into that account and buy a subscription. 20$ up front, and 14 a month (I think, might be around 15$) after that.

No as you account is shown as already owning a CD key, you'll just have to download the game again.

PSDU is being re-formed. After the war with the Teddybears and the destruction of the enemy CEO, the Teddies resorted to using lame camping tactics to harass our members. When confronted with a force of equal strength, despite their advantage in skill points and cash they fled every time, yet maintained a steady camp outside our HQ and attempted logon traps when they had the advantage of numbers. Many members wished to continue playing EVE without having to deal with this harrassment, so PSDU was put into a state of stasis until the war was over and people were willing to return.
That day is rapidly approaching. With over 100 million in our corporate wallet due to the huge bounty that was on the CEO's head, a hangar full of combat-ready ships, and huge storage bays full of equipment and modules ready for use, PSDU stands ready to once again become a force in the Lonetrek region.
Infernus, with his great knowledge of EVE politics, may assist us in gaining a friendship status with the Xetic Alliance that many of our ex-members are currently in. Such a friendship would allow us to mine some of the rarest minerals in the game deep within Xetic patrolled space, as well as opportunities in PVP and high-level NPC hunting. I have an old friend who is also willing to grant us membership to a PVP alliance killing pirates in dangerous space should we decide to join them.
A few obstacles remain in our path. Many of us are low on cash and may need to spend a short period of time (a week or so) to get our wallets fattened up to the point where we can afford to get everything running smoothly again. Also, some people are at different stages of development in the EVE universe and therefore we will have to find a way to include everyone in corporate activities (such as PVP, agent missions, mining, etc). Our last obstacle is members. We can only do this if enough people are willing to join the corp and keep it alive. We need dedicated players who are willing to work with the group and for the group. I'm aware that some of our previous members are in positions where they are currently happy, and I won't pressure them to return to PSDU; they can make that decision if they so please. However if you're coming back we welcome you and look forward to re-establishing PSDU as the teamwork-based corporation we have known and loved.
See you in space, :D

Fear my power.
C4- Loved them, great guys, I led the march of fire through XETIC, was fun (bit weird that we had to go on the offensive to retreat though)
Fade - I got my ass handed to me by BoB, was strangely worth it
BoB - I handed fade their asses on a silver plater
Xetic - FoE, RA, Spurm (yes the corp name is spurm) got nothin on this bitch.

Can someone explain what it is in a nutshell?
Basicly you fly in a space ship, totaly update it's components the way you see fit, fly it, kill people with it, die in it.
The economy is completly player-driven, ie, everything you buy (excepts skill books so far that I know of right now) are put on the market by players, and those players decide the price. You go around the universe in your ship, hopping from space station to space station killing a NPC ship everyonce in a while, or get chased by pirates (unless you're in a strong corp, then they won't mess with you usually, but it does'nt prevent some from killing you)
If your ship is blown up, you still have a chance to live, because you're in a 'pod', which is basicly a weak slow-moving egg that can die if a pebble is thrown at it. If you die in this pod, and you don't have a Clone at a medical station, then you loose a percentage of your Skill Points. Clones are very cheap for the amount of SP (skill points) they save. And also, you can put implants in yourself, which the cheapest implants cost around 1 million ISK (in game $), and the most expensive around 80 million ISK. If you die in a pod, you loose those implants. The leader of the Teddybears, the corp we were at war with had around 200 million+ worth of implants in her at the time we podded her.
That's basicly it, contact Electr0freak in-game for more info, he probly knows alot more than me about no, have'nt played in months.

It's really fun if you play with a group of friends on teamspeak. But if you're a loner like I was when I stopped playing, it sucks, at least it did for me. Trust me, Electrofreak and the rest of the gang would help you if you joined, give you alot of starting money (If they had it, I think electro said they were low on money right now) and a starting ship+skill books. They're really a great bunch of guys. And another thing, if Infernus ever tells you anything, listen, I think he's been playing longer than any of us and is very good at the game.
