In short... the draenei are the new alliance race. Once again the horde get's fucked up the ass by the devs. The alliance wich has been largely favored by well... ALOT of people get's a whole new model whilst the horde who contains a somewhat more intelligent crowd and more mature players get a recycled night elf model.

I think we can applaud blizzard on fucking up. (If WoW didn't already stink of a waste of time.)

hmm they are cool but just 2 more races (even though they are my favorite) and flying mounts just arnt enough to get me to come back :\ If they had some new damn classes and not gay looking armor and more options for character creation than I would defenitly come back.

The majority of people on the horde's side does contain a majority of the more mature players. I've played on 6-7 different servers and every time it was the same. There's idiots on both sides... the Alliance just has more of them.

As for the Draenei... I don't frequent the boards so I wouldn't know the general reaction, but the blood elves are really just Night elves that have been recolored...

As far as the lore goes... how could they butcher it? It's their world... it's not like it was about LOTR where the lore is set in a bunch of books... then again I didn't read everything about Warcraft. So... maybe you're right.

No, you're wrong man, lol, they are NOT recolored. You need to look at the pics more.

Yes it is their lore. But they changed what has been established for a long time so the Draenei's dumshit story could fit in.

As for the whole 7 server part... I jumped around alot. From what I saw (and from what other people around me saw) the majority of the Alliance players are total idiots. Horde has the tendency to be a bit more mature. Don't ask me why... it's just like that.

/sigh, it's been said on the forums over and over they are fresh models. YES they look similar, they both have the same origin, and they're both elfs. Night Elfs are taller, and more muscular. Also different faces, eyebrows and hair.
