This from the main Planetside website (http://www.planetside.com/): Many of you have received an email indicating your acceptance into our Open Beta. This email directed you to a link asking for your shipping information. It is normal, however, that the official PlanetSide BETA website is NOT accessible to you at this time. In fact, it will state "Not a Beta Member." We understand this is causing some confusion, but rest assured, if you submitted your shipping address to us, you will be getting into Open Beta in the coming days. We anticipate opening the beta site at about the same time as the arrival of the Beta Discs into your hands, at which time, the official PlanetSide BETA website will be fully accessible. If you have received your Open Beta email, but have NOT submitted your shipping info per the instructions, please do so now, otherwise, we will not be able to admit you into the PlanetSide beta test. Hopefully this will clear up some things for the many confused players.
