I've been checking this game out and it seems like a good idea in concept.

It has pvp, vehicles, scavenging, crafting, and a strange faction circle. The control system can be TPV or FPS. Melee and ranged are both viable, and 'magic' and 'healing' are handled through a Mutation system.

Unlike most MMORPGs it doesn't focus or force you to team up to get through anything. You also get to build your character your own way with the only restrictions being total AP (skill points).

The game was released in 2009 and has a solid playerbase, albeit with a seemingly low population. This may be due to the game's relative obscurity as much as the nature of the setting. It has one server and so far as I know, has only ever had one. GamersFirst recently bought the studio, Icarus, which developed and published FE. There is a cash shop, but the game was designed to be played without one, all the items are vanity or have comparable benefit to items gained without it.

Right now, it has not yet gone F2P, but I suspect that it will become F2P with a Free/Premium type of subscription style. Free being an enhanced trial account with only one character slot and fewer benefits to Premium (paid sub).

I myself have a character named Chainfall. I am working on starting a pvp oriented clan in the form of a motorcycle gang.

If anyone is interested in checking it out, let me know and we can coordinate.
