First Off, this is what [TEAR] is all about. We are a fast reaction team that goes to hotzones and tries to cool it down before there is a great loss of friendlies. We move by squad leaders, they must transport their own squad by land or air to thier mission area. We run a democracy between our CO's so that there is nothing done without approval of at least members. No one can run off and do what they want cuz we have a strict rank system.

We've just decided on our first version of our Articles of Conduct which will be a way to show that our outfit is mature and wont tolerate people that are just Asses.

Out of Game Conduct:
1. When in a public forum or chat you must abide by the rules set forth by the owners of said forum or chat.
2. The use of foul language, even if it is allowed in said forum or chat, please keep it as low as you can.
3. Respect all other outfit members, members of other outfits, and anyone else.
4. No flaming! No name calling! Don't even be rude. Remember you are representing the entire outfit.
5. No personal attacks on others, no matter the reason, even if they do the same to you.
6. Be helpful, if you see someone asking questions, or looking for information, help them. If you help them and are nice, they might want to join.
7. Overall, just be positive, and keep morale up. Have fun, it is a game.

Outfit Conduct:
1. We give out ranks for a reason, follow your orders.
2. If you get orders from someone in another squad with a higher rank, follow your own Squad Leaders orders first. Your own Squad's mission and orders come before anothers.
3. The Outfit Leaders (CO, XO, etc) will not order specific soldiers around, if we need something done, we will go through the proper channels unless it is an emergency, in which case we will tell you that.
4. Be respectful to officers and people of higher ranks, they are the ones that will get you promoted later on.
5. If you have a problem with another member, first try to talk to the person you have a problem with then go to the Squad Leader of your squad, who will talk to the Squad Leader of the offender if needed. If the person your having problems with is a Squad Leader, talk to the Outfit XO, he handles overall personal issues.
6. If you have Outfit issues, ie Rank problems, position problems or changes, etc. Talk to the Outfit XO, he handles roster changes as well.

In-Game Conduct:
1. The Outfit Chat, when in use on a mission, is for important information, don't spam it.
2. When we are off mission, the Outfit chat is open for chat.
3. Follow your orders and respect the chain of command.
4. Argue in private, not in the game during a mission, follow your orders in public.

Breaking this AOC:
Here's what happens, in order
1. Verbal Repremand
2. Written Repremand
3. Meeting with SL, XO and CO
4. Position Change
5. Reduction in Rank
6. Dissmissal from Outfit
Note that any of these steps can be skipped if deemed by the Outfit CO.

Mission Logs- This is something that i am currently working on for the outfit. Mission logs are like a actual report on any activity that a squad under Outfit jurisdiction during any outfit mission MUST BE WRITTEN. It is split up into a couple of sections each short.

1) Mission Brief - This is a statement of mission, including mission number (given by outfit leaders), mission targets and objectives, all team members and any other teams, and short statement.

2) Mission Turnout - Short brief on what actually happened on mission. List time spent on mission and casualties ( approximate if neccessary).

3) Outstanding Personnel - List anybody that stood out in the heat of battle, this will help give them bonus experience so that they may be promoted. You can only list people that are within your own squad but you can always list other leaders from other squads.

--Well this is just the first version of this information about mission logs. I myself will use this but will have my missions on video record or maybe CD record. I will do video capturing with my TVIN/OUT.

- Officer Conduct

1) Officers will not conduct unauthorized missions excluding quick reaction missions, and emergency alterations to an existing missions.
2) Officers will not try to cause trouble to other officers, any problem should be reported as previously stated in the AOC.
3) Officers will not try to overstep their authority, unless it is needed, in which case you will have to explain yourself to the Outfit leaders afterwards.
4) Officers are expected to be role-models in the Outfit, this means they are not above the AOC at anytime, they must follow the Rules of Engagement and AOC as best they can.
5) Officers are expected to put the advancement of the Outfit above their own advancement and desires.

Punishement
1) Off the record discussion with Outfit Leaders
2) On the record discussion with Outfit Panel of Leaders
3) Depending on the Panel's recommendation to the CO, he may choose to leave the officer alone, or move, demote, or in extreme cases discharge the officer

U know that we have been working real hard on graphics and Operations and stuff. We have Alpha Squad Filled up and we have Beta Squad open with 8 spots. We will accept way more than those Beta Squad Slots, but first we need like 30 members so that we can start spliting up the squads by divisions and staff type.

* Our website should be up by release date, but it also might not, who knows but we are trying our best, its just problems with different things that we are doing.

* Another update is the fact that we now have a Theme Song--- im working on the final version, but we do have some techno/damnce theme for TEAR that i have made. If u want a sample of the works, at least give us a try, soak up on info. Anyone that asks abouyt more info on TEAR or joins will recieve an MP3 that has the current version of the TEAR theme song.

...yeah thats our newest member, our count being 20+ so join up and u can rise ranks fairly easy in the 3rd squad.

We have

Alpha - elite\
Beta - 2nd string
and
Charlie - 3rd string

once the game is released we will break up all squads into proper division types and squad types, we just need a few good men...and women :)

This is our top priority

1) Tank Drivers - we need to start up our tank division, we already have a tank commander in mind ;) but its not certain, if u would like to join up in the tank division hit the link on my sig.

2) Pilots - I know ur asking, if u own the skies, why do u need pilots? The answer is cuz im in the Alpha Squad which makes me ineligable to lead the squad anyways. Plus it wont hurt to have a few extra gun.

3) Grunt - We wnat you, from Infiltarators to MAXes , engneers to medics, ur the butter to the toast. and u know u want to join anyways, how else will u see the best action around, we are the operation planners and we have the bascking of the AGO, we know our stuff, JOIN [TEAR].
