A couple of things I liked was:
1. Talking about the threads on the forum. It would be better if that was a bit longer and they went into a bit more detail.
2. Loved the cuts to video that they did.
3. Loved the shirt give away, but anything like that would be good, doesn't have to be valuable. How about a beta slot? j/k How about announcing the give away ahead of time.
4. Would be neat to take questions from the irc.
5. Would be great to include a TS interview with Higby or PC gamer or anyone involved in the future.
6. Perhaps more bashing of VS would be good.
Great job!

it was a great show again!
love you guys and what you do for the community!
something constructive:
the volume levels were a bit off. while hamma was loud and clear, marsmans dark voice could have used a little higher setting. basti, too.
everything else was top notch! on the technical side and on content. would it be possible to do some kind of irc overlay? so we could see higbys chatresponses in the video? you know, after having the man live and in person on some shows, it´s a must to show at least his text if available.
the show was a really nice and accurate sum up of the actual communitys mood. nice snapshot! it will be interesting to review this shows when ps2 is released, just to compare our speculations and expectations to the final product!

We try to do this but this time around things were totally fluid so I didn't add one.

Thanks for the kind words everyone :D

Will try and keep an eye on this next time. :D Hard to tell how it is coming out on the other end.

We actually talked about bringing IRC in right after the show so we are going to try and get that in place for next time. Additionally try and get an IRC chat into the live stream page. We honestly don't look at Twitch.tv chat at all.

Wish I could have been around to stick my opinion in!
1. Area design: Do not forget that areas have to be designed for small, medium and large fights, just because you are fighting in the same area does not mean the tactics you use have to be the same. Each area will be better for one of these numbers situations, as no area will be perfect for all 3.
2. Kill cameras: What is better, seeing what that one enemy is doing (PS2) or what is happening where you died (PS)? I prefer NEITHER! Let us stay on the ground with a blurry view to wait for a revive or tap out to pick respawn options.
More to come once I finish!

Big thanks to Hamma, Mars, and Jenny for putting on AGN again. Always enjoyable.
Most of the commentators are actively reading both twitch and IRC chat while talking. So if you're wondering why there are pauses in the conversation its normally because we're trying to catch up. But as far as incorporating input from chat, I know that for myself if I see a question or comment that I find interesting I try to bring it up. Can't get everything in obviously but the chat definitely has impact on the show.
There was a technical issue part way through for me where the audio from the studio in TS3 stopped broadcasting. Don't know why, I checked my end and my system audio was still functioning and it fixed itself shortly after but I'm wondering if TS3 has something that if you're constantly broadcasting at a set volume for long enough that it turns you off automatically.

Awesome show, missed having Higby on there like last time but pretty cool he was in IRC. I was disappointed there wasn't more talk about the actual game play we saw such as how fast people were dying and the weapons for inf ect.

I will keep it up.
Also good show, i love that Higby listens in. Just another reason why this community is fun as hell.

I think Hamma is going to set up the site so it has them all uploaded. Either that or search for Cosmic Comic in the PS2 forum. Or @shit_pete on twitter.
But keep the topic on AGN, cos they deserve praise for what looks like a hell of alot of effort.

Hamma's already got a comic collection going - check out http://www.planetside-universe.com/ps/archive_comic.php. That has all the comics from the original Planetside, and has a the first two Cosmic Comics (VS and NC).
The third Cosmic (the TR one) is at http://www.planetside-universe.com/forums/showthread.php?t=39521
Enjoy! Check out the original PS comics, they're pretty good too :)
EDIT: And... ON topic - great show! Hamma, you realize that you (and Mars, and Jenny, along with your regular guests) are becoming celebrities right? =D

6 Months is more than acceptable to Wait for Boarding/Exit animations.
There is a solidness that comes with them that will be sorely missed. Its not something you can add later, as it will change the pace of combat, Its a core item that must be in at release.

The game will feel cheap with out them.

Great show Hamma, Mars and Jenny. I played PS back in the day for years with my buds. I just hooked up with PSU ... what a fantastic site, full of goodies!!! My friends and I are getting psyched about PS2's development, and the combination of GDC's videos and your subsequent extensive coverage during this cast made me salivate like a Pavlovian dog! Sorry to say I will have to hang you tags on your tombstones as the Magrider wave rolls across the fields :D JK, but not really! Always been loyal to the Sovereignty!
Here's hoping your future casts and posts are just as great!
Respectfully submitted,
Arteste
PS: Just ordered my new PSU tee from zazzle - awesome design!

At around 1hr 58min when the conversation turns to thanking the devs for working with the community. That is great, I just disagree with the part about it being unique. Rare, sure, but not unique.
BioWare recently flew out over 200 people to their Austin, TX headquarters to get feedback on SW:TOR. BioWare paid for their plane tickets and their rooms at a hotel. During and after the event, the devs hung out with the various guild leaders and got massive amounts of feedback. They livestreamed the event and said they will post the recordings soon.
http://www.swtor.com/guildsummit
This also wasn't the first time they did this. Before the game came out, they had 2 fansite summits where they paid for everything.
http://www.swtor.com/media/trailers/fan-site-summit
http://www.swtor-life.com/events/fan-site-summit-2-news/4402/
I know this as I am an officer in a fansite/podcast guild that got invited to all 3 of these events.
http://moseisleyradio.com/
I've mainly been forum lurking on this site for a while now, never really had much to say about the game since it's in early beta and anything I comment on can change. I will say that I look forward to coming back to Auraxis with the friends that I meet back in Planetside in the Digital Marines(Emerald) outfit, which we later left to form LiquidForce(Emerald). I loved doing the Engineer stuff back then and can't wait to see what new stuff Engineers can do in PS2.

Actually, I would have to respectfully disagree with you, ComerEste. I understand and respect the deal of flying fans out to a big shindig on their dime. But the personal and frequent interaction with the fans on fansites and tweets is much different. The devs with PlanetSide 2 have spent much of their personal time showing up to events, and generally mixing it up in personal interactions with the fans of the game.
Certainly flying select fans out to an event is indicative of attention, but I can't agree that it compares to the interaction we have enjoyed with these guys. I have personally seen these guys go to great lengths to show us things about the game, not because they must, but because they love the game so much they want to share it with us. It is like a big surprise that is almost too hard to contain amongst friends.
I may be missing it, but I think they are a unique group of devs that are involving a fanbase they really enjoy.

Before SW:TOR came out, every convention that BioWare went to, some of the devs actually stood in line with people waiting to play the game. They didn't do it because someone told them to either. They wanted the game to be great, and they knew that what makes an MMO great is the community behind it. So they go out of their way to be a part of the community. They go on podcasts, they visit our forums, we can email or tweet them and they will respond, and after the events they went to the local bars to hang out with people and even buy them rounds. Heck some of them even have characters in our guild.
I am not trying to put down your experiences with the SOE devs, nore am I trying to say BioWare devs are better. I am glad that SOE is taking more interest in the community because I have seen that it actually does work for BioWare. Getting feedback from people who want the game to succeed as much as the dev team does is never a bad thing. I hope they continue interacting with the community even after launch.

I'm sorry but that's just PR really. We interact with the devs and their team on literally a daily basis.
That's why I go as far to say they are actually part of the community. And we actually see the effects of our feedback.

So more or less we don't know anything about things that can make this game big.
All this shoot here-there, weapons, ammo, base wall here-there we've seen zilion times probably much better than here. When we gonna hear more about commanders, resources, outfits, outfit points outfit ownership, base upgrades etc.
I hope this game will give us some purpose to play it otherwise ill play BF3.

I don't know why you'd play BF3 if PS2 doesn't have those things,... BF3 doesn't have most of them either... in fact, does it even have any of them? LOL! That IS a good laundry list of goodies I'd like to see though!
