looking for a kick ass outfit

I've pretty much decided that all of the huge rank-based and 'haven for casual gamers' stuff just isn't for me. I'm looking for a highly skilled group of people (size doesn't matter) dedicated to kicking serious ass. I realize that nobody can judge skill in this game yet, but skill comes with dedication and experience playing other games. I am looking to play NC or TR..but not likely Vanu.

-Counterstrike
-Day of Defeat
-Tribes/Tribes 2
Unreal/UT2k3

-EverQuest
-Asheron's Call
-Dark Age of Camelot
