Not sure if this actually belongs here, but did it seem like the 75 round drum mag that NC player was (stupidly) reloading every 3-5 shots in the E3 event look like a utility customization or an indication that it was the LMG version of the Gauss?

You say stupidly reloading but I know in the past I have done the same thing with similar weapons in other games and it was done entirely because it was the norm for every other type of weapon I used

I've done that with all high ammo capacity guns like you. Purely to be prepared to spray and pray in case I get caught in an off-guard position or if I see a firefight I'm about to hop into.

I've done it too, but it's not generally smart to do it while being shot at...

You got it right. It was a drum mag on a Gauss.

I thought that was the Gauss LMG variant, like the Cycler ARV. HA only had access to LMG and Missile Launcher for that demo, I thought.
