Command certs

What do we know about this? I can't find info on it. Is it just squad stuff or more grand strategy certs?

What we know:

-Fuck all, for the most part.
-supposedly you'll be trading something out for it, but you can use them in any class
-Squad spawn and Orbital strikes will be tied in their somehow

In all likely hood, best guess, you'll be training for command certs in the same way you would weapons/vehicles/upgrades, etc.. So if you want those command abilities you may fall behind your buddies who will end up with more vehicle and weapon skills than you..

all cool with me i'm a commander all the way :P sitting on the mountainside telling my peeps where all the smurfs and barneys are. hopefully orbital strikes do come back in some form. those are just fun even if it's like a 30 min timer instead of 20 it still wouldn't be planetside without those.

what would be interesting would be a squad cloak that lasted maybe 20-30 seconds and you could just fire off every 15-20 min or so.
would cloak your whole squad.
to sneak behind enemy and get the drop on them. it wouldn't be much but would definitely spice things up a bit and force people to be more aware hehe.

An entire squad cloak seems ridiculously powerful. It would have to be far up the cert tree and very expensive.
Some nice commander abilities would be the ability to mark vehicles/locations on the map so that they are clearly visible to allies thus allowing to prioritize fire.

I suspect that they don't want to bring back OS the way it was in PS1 unless they can figure out a way to limit the amount of commanders that have access so as to avoid OS spam and 12 year olds crying on the equivalent of 'global chat'.
