Vehicle Damage soft points

It makes sense that every vehicle would be more susceptible to damage small arms fire(Not AV) in certain spots(soft points). An example of this is shooting a tank in it's treads of from the rear. Shooting a jeep or truck in the front(to disable motor), shooting aircraft in the engines or rotors. The damage increase wouldn't be significant, and would vary on a per round basis. With the shorter and slower rounds doing less damage to the vehicle than faster rounds.

What makes sence is for small arms fire to do no damage whatsoever to armored vehicles.
