Mouse and Keyboard or Gamepad

Do most people use keyboard/mouse for this game? Is it easier to pilot/drive vehicles with a gamepad? Will Ps2 even support a gamepad? I prefer mouse/keyboard for FPS but find it is usually difficult for vehicles.

You shuld use kb/mouse for this game to be on the same lvl when it comes to tight battles around bases that need pin point precition (sry spelling)

In tank battles / or if you fly a galaxy it could maybe work, But i would still take mouse and kb over game pad any day.

every player has his own way to drive or fly. i prefer a gamepad in the air and mouse/keyboard in vehicles.

Well I would not go that far... But you can never be as fast and accurate with a game pad as you can with a mouse when aiming. At lest for ground combat.

However I still think a pro gamer with a gaming pad can kill a noob with mouse and keyboard. But if two pro gamers would go at each other the mouse and keyboard player would have an advantage.

But this might change if we are talking about air combat though. It might be easier to play with a game pad when flying then with a mouse and keyboard because the mouse and keyboard will be too sensitive or to direct then.

I'd say mouse and keyboard just because it allows for quick aiming. With a game pad you could change sensitivity but then it would be hard to do precision aiming.

Gamepad would have some use if you knew you were not going to fight on the ground soon... like in a Liberator. But i think controls are going to be more focused on mouse/kb usage.

Far as I know the best choices are:

-Ground: Keyboard/Mouse
-Flight: Joystick
-Vehicle: Keyboard/Mouse or Wheel/Peddles
