No prone. Personally I'm for it, but I doubt it will ever make it into the game. It would slow the pace of firefights down a lot, among other things.

As far as "Well met!" goes, they have said you might be able to purchase PS1 voice macro packs in the item store some day... I'd love that. Current voice macros seem pretty limited, but that's pre-beta for ya.
