Heavy Assault Rocket Jump Viable?

As the title asks, I'm wondering if the heavy assault armed with the antitank/air weapon is able to perform any sort of rocketjump with any decent height without killing themselves or if its a total waste of time?

Doubtful. As far as I can tell explosives can't actually move a player.

I'd hope that a rocket jump would take you as far away as the nearest spawn location.

Bad idea for any number of reasons, most important being, FF is on.
