Yes, I believe so. When you sign up for Beta just make sure you register using your PlanetSide account so that well know who you are. I'd also recommend going to the SOE webiste ( http://www.soe.com) where you can login to your Station Account and verify that we have your current email address; and while you're there you should also sign up to receive email updates for PlanetSide.
