It is something that has far more annoying uses than helpful ones. Especially in an mmo setting. Limiting each person to even 1 can still make horrible spam. The only place for smoke in this game is for vehicles, whether its to block laser targeting or to cover an infantry dropoff.
if implemented this item should be for engineers only. said engineers would have to choose what type of cover they wish to spec into. deployable cover, or smoke nades.
