With Strega's recommendation I'm opening up a mobile app thread so developers can discuss techniques and methods for implementing this data, and users can chime in on what they want to see.
I'm in the process of getting a WP app approved which uses the data.soe site to pull XML data. Unfortunately, I will have to re-write it using census, but for now it will use data.soe for as long as they allow it. For windows phone 7 users, if you have any suggestions or requests, let me know.
