From what I have seen from the screenshots and the description, this is more of a weapon range/testing area. But isnt this supposed to be a "training" area? May be this is not the same as a tutorial, but still, some guidance to the new recruits is extremely necessary. In my opinion, a tutorial is MUCH more important than a weapon testing area. I cant tell how many friends of mine have given up on this game because of its steep learning curve. So, please make Tutorial one of the top priorities instead of adding new stuff to the already weapon-abundant game.
