The guy who dropped in between two large structures and got wasted by the dual-pounder made me wonder -- is splash damage volumetric? That is, is splash damage amplified by being splashed into a confined space?

As for MAXes, they also did comment that it appears that by now the accounts may be running out of resources to spawn vehicles.
