+1 for bare arms, same reason politicians roll up their sleeves for some press conferences... makes you look like you are ready to do some hard work.
Was an exclusive medic in PS1, may well be seeing me in a similar role in PS2.
I'm a software engineer in real life, but they didn't add that class.
So I'll have to join all you real life medics as a virtual imposter.
