The strange issue with this is there seems to be no pattern. I run AMD with no issues then again im running a 6 core processor with 16 gigs of RAM.

BUT I hear lots of people in my outfit complaining about AMD being worse than intel.

It seems some people have these issues some don't i dont really know why yet.

Pursonally my framerates are almost always great no matter what is happening in game.

I'd say blame it on your connection but framerate and internet connection usually don't have much in common
