If you've not been in combat for 3 minutes - you've healed.
It was insantly changing classes to heal. It's instantly healing as you duck behind a tree that is the problem.
The game has an ability for medics which is IFF. Heals friendlies. Harms foes.
We should have this as a low level field in spawn rooms too.

Regen is bad. If you're behind enemy lines and have half health, you shouldn't be regening health. Have a medic along or face the consequences
As for spawn rooms, you can't get back into half of them y'know.
