I'll respond to this, we all play this game to unwind and have fun I've had a chat to Kable about sending tells to people in game, I know myself I find it annoying and I can only think of a handful of times I've sent a tell to the enemy, mostly to say good fight, even this sometimes can be viewed as trolling in the wrong circumstances, so as I said I avoid it.
I constantly reinforce to my guys not to be asshats to the enemy or anyone for that matter, the best feature is as you've pointed out ignore, and if it's worse report, however I really don't like the idea of Conz being thought of as trolls, it's not how I run it, so all I can say is watch this space.
