What if you stop your sub ? Your outfit will disband ?
In my opinion, they should ask for a small fee in order to grant you a premium account, which could give you all those benefits you listed ( outfit, class traning offl., etc. ).
Then, it would be all up to you if you wanted to pay other fees to get cosmetic features.
