The full day event originated from Francko, but it was put across to 71 other members in Teamspeak representing at least 13 VS outfits. Each and every single outfit involved then sent word to their friends (or foes) and it was built up on facebook.
Azure Twilight is lucky enough to have close ties with Planetside247 and Morto shared his idea. With the help of people like Tigersmith, the Blue Lions, GotR (to name only a few there a many more!) this event is shaping up to be a fun day. So everyone deserves credit for planning this. I just hope we continue to advertise it, get some vets back into PS1, get some recognition towards PS2. Get this gaming community back towards what is was in numbers even if just for one day. Because that is when the spirit of this gaming community is at it's highest.
We may not all get along, we may not all see eye-to-eye but we love this game and we have fun with it. Anything that helps bring recognition and acknowledgement to such a wonderful bunch of people is a great thing.
