One of DICE's upper management types said that they "nailed it" in an interview, and that is now used as a meme response every time a bug is discovered, a design decision is questioned, etc. Obviously this occurs within circles that are generally against the design direction of BF3(which is not a small faction) and not within circles that praise everything about the game.
