Well I do have my hands on some press material that hasn't been released. It's not much (would just barely qualify as "something" new, nothing new for the game itself), but it should be relatively easy to get SOE to release it through AGN due to that (unless they already promised it to another site as exclusive, that I do not know).

Germany, Cologne to be more precise I have done some games press related work in the past (and still help operate the site I did that for). As such I've been registered as press with SOE for a while now.

I missed the AGN but watched the 2hr video . Loved it . Great effort from all concerned and a nice balanced discussion . I hope you manage to get some new info or guests next time, but ultimately you can only go with the flow ,prefectly understandable.
I wondered if it was possible to ask one of your contacts withing ps2 dev team ,if they watched the video and could comment on any of the topics discussed ,especially the cam thing. Even just a forum response?
I've generally always been a Vanu player at heart, but the new 'sexiness' and 'coolness' of the recent renderings makes me wonder if vanu is going to be the new NC , and all the younger end will be drawn to them . I'm beginning to find the TR more attractive. I like playing for the underdog , and like Hamma , I feel their presence in the development process kinda underwhelming so far.

Slightly off-topic , but the music at the end of the AGN , the in-game music you closed with .
Does anyone know how to use that music so I can have it as my ring tone on my phone? Or a link to a source/site that has it already?

I did think wow we had the AGN a week too early lol , but maybe by time of next AGN , we will have had tr /nc/vs weeks and more to discuss . Since a lot of detail would be lifted by then one or two devs might be allowed out of their cells to join in

I kind of appreciate the vibe everybody has that a good story can't and shouldn't be rushed; I've been writing a TV show for four years and are only just talking to a studio about it.

On the whole, however, the story itself isn't too bad despite the fact I agree that the format could've been better. With a company like SOE, there's no reason the main studio couldn't make the game, and then outsource some of the story material to their sister-studio to create a motion comic.
