Somebody Please Fix the Vehcile Stealth Page.

I tried to update the page for GU14, but I got a bit over my head trying to make it work since each vehicle now has different values for stealth and the flash has 4 more levels. The page now shows nothing but unexpected >= operator.

Edit: I figured it out. The page is no un-F***ed and works properly with up to date information.

I fixed it up a bit. If you don't put the levels in, it screws up the cert boxes on the vehicle page themselves, so I fixed that.

It's ugly that the template takes up so much vertical space in this instance, but it would take a significant re-write to fix, and I don't have time for it atm.
