You don't need the email, I didn't get one too. Just log in with your station account and you can fill in the survey.

My face is sad. I cannot take the survey no matter how I go about it.
Like others, it just tells me I have already signed up for the beta.

There's obviously an issue on their end somewhere, I hope they're looking in to it... It bothers me that I can't increase my chances to help in the beta

I got an email and the first time I tried it, it worked.

Was a while ago. With the new site today, I hit signup, re-singed myself up for beta and when it got to survey time, it gave me an error.

Scratch that, just did it all again and it worked.

I've taken the survey, all was good. But if I log back into my account it tells me to take the survey. This might have been mentioned before, but I cba to go through all the pages and wondered if anyone else had this problem and if it is anything to be concerned about.

Doubt it's a problem, I think it relinks the survey in case you upgrade your system, then the devs get an updated survey as well.

When I submit my info, it gave me a screen with a small blue box with a question mark in it. Anyone have that problem?

ok, I have been waiting for a while and, finally today, I logged in to PS2.com, pressed "apply for beta" from the front page (I have already given my key some weeks ago) and it has now taken me to the survey page.

I received the survey email over two weeks ago, but whenever I follow the link or log into Planetside2.com there's only the "You have already signed up for beta..." message that some others are getting.

I think it has been mentioned before but probably worth doing so again for fresh eyes on this thread... Make sure you have your browsers language set to English US before you either click the link in the email or the sign-up button on PS2.com

It has been stated on twitter that they are looking into who it is happening, but I don't think it has been fixed yet.
