TR Emerald LFO

Hello I recently have begun playing TR on Emerald. I need to find an outfit so I decided to post here. What I am looking for:

1. Teamspeak or Ventrilo usage for communication (No exceptions)
2. Usually at least a squad on (5 or more members on during primetime.)
3. Organized for the most part (I don't mind members not always working together ,soloing, but if some members never work together I think that is a problem.)
4. Nice people without egos (No tyrants or people who want to exercise power in game since they have none outside the game. I am a nice person wanting to relax and have fun seeking others like me. Do not yell at me or others while on TS this is a game.)
5. No practice sessions (However I do like reading proper procedures, formations, ect on websites and practicing them on the field. I feel that we don't need to practice since there are always bases needed to be defended or hacked.)
6. Already established (No new outfits.)
7. No cert requirements (Other than you must have at least one support cert, which I will have medical, eng, and ce at BR 20.)

A little about myself:

I have been playing PS since open beta. I am a casual gamer that plays about 4-5 nights a weeks. I am generally a team player (95% of the time) but sometimes (5 % of the time), bad day whatever, I just like to solo and kill. I started out NC BR 20/ CR 2 then moved to the VS BR 20/ CR 5. I deleted my NC to play TR and now I am looking to serve the TR empire full time. I am currently BR 14 CR 0. I posting this rather anonymously because I do not want to be bombarded with anymore tells and outfit invites than I currently receive.
