Looking for members for an elite outfit (VS/Emerald)

I have been playing planetside for a couple months with a few buddies.
One of the things i notice alot is that squads are unorganized, people join up with a squad and do their own thing, no one seems to follow orders and come together as a team to achieve a common goal.

So i've deiced i want to start an outfit with my buddies, an outfit that follows a chain of command (so to speak), one where our people can work together, and function as a group working as one.

Im not very experienced myself, just got BR7, and CR1.
I would love to have new members join up, we can train and teach you and get you goin if your new ..... if your not new, it would be a welcome addition.
