Cant see a website, but everyone else can???

So i just purchased a domain, and I cannot see it. It shows a 404 error, but EVERYONE else i talk to, can.

Its up, and shows active but i cant see it?

flushed DNS, all that stuff...
Restored my hosts file...
Setup a outside DNS(Proxy)

Nothing is working... HALP!

Can take up to 24 hours for the domain to update on your DNS servers. Can you access it using the IP address for the domain?

Oh and I'm not sure what you can do about not being able to access it. If you don't live in China, try calling Tech Support. Otherwise... move out of China.

Guess the real question is does it resolve as the right IP. If yes, it's a server configuration issue. If no it's a DNS/DNS Propagation issue.

I see stuff there now so I would assume this is resolved
