I have the inside scoop.

The SX6.

Silver Silly String Slinger of Superb Stickiness.

Anti-Everything weapon.
Range: Short
Damage: None
Firing Mode: Burst or Stream

The SX6 is the latest offering from Gag Mfg. and the first of a new immobilization delivery system first put in production for the Flash. By capitalizing on the speed and maneuverability of the ATV to close with a target, the weapon can be implemented in short bursts or a steady stream up to a 5m range. The silver nanite material has been specifically engineered to adhere to anything, and to immobilize vehicular or non-vehicular targets within the ultra adhesive and nearly indestructible webbing. There are already rumours that several special ops Infiltrators have modified the product for hand-held platform to great effect. Several communiqués from high ranking officers demanding more intel on ‘Silly-Stringed’ Liberators, unable to lift off, moments before enemy fire destroyed them.
