ah, once i un-ignored you it showed up.

so it got to me, but doesn't show up on my list if i have you ignored.

The ignore function kind of sux as is, it say "This person is on your ignore list, click here to read their post" Which makes you want to click on it of course.

I will probably tweak it so its like the person doesent even exist. I did it on my clan forum :p

I admit i'm often tempted to click on it but i try to remember that if i ignored him it was for a reason. Of course if it wouldn't show up at all that's no biggie. :p

Specific thread no, not that I have ever seen. If a user on your ignore list posts a thread you wont see it

Nah not you, and i'll PM you to satisfy your curiosty but my 2nd question had nothing to do with ignoring him but rather ignoring the stupid word association thread. I hate refreshing my browser to see someone posted something new thinking it's something interesting to read and something i can reply to only to discover somone posted "pwnz".
