The POTD thing is crooked... Cuase i log in and it still tells me i need an account.

you have to log in to THIS website.. PSU forums. Did you do that?

(Also, do you have cookies enabled?)

Yes, I do have 'em enabled, and yes I was logged in.

I have the same problem, cookies are fine, (obviously logged on..) and still can't submit a picture. (I'll wipe cookies see if that helps)

That fixed it.

Yep wiping cookies fixes that 90% of the time
