In the BIOS for my new comp, it's got two options I don't know about.

Graphics Aperture size and AGP Frequency. WHat are they?

I've got a Radeon 9700 pro just fyi.

agp aparture is the size of ram alocated to texture chasing and such.. use 64MB... whit older systems more used to be better but it's not annymore, not gonna go into the technical reasons..

but agp frequenzy?

list the options for what you can do whit it please =)

could be something just named differently..

Incremental settings from 50-100mhz is all it has

Ah right, thats the speed of the AGP slot, the standard is to leave it at auto or 66mhz... increasing it produces better speeds but may result in overheating and instability.

Probably best to leave it at auto unless you have a good reason to change it. Can easily mess stuff up by randomly testing bios settings. :D

O yeah, I hadn't planned on fucking with it. It's native setting is optimized, so thats good with me. I had never seen those things before, and was curious.
