will PlaNET side have voicechat or proximity chat

will planet side have voice chat or proximity chat so peeps can give orders or warnings..etc?
or is it all keyboard text chat?

I know there is no voice chat system. Although you nca use TS2 easily if ou can get a server. Commanders get some commands but it's mainly text chat I think

At this time there is no built in voice comm ;)

Voice binds work in proximity as well - all other is text based within game. 3rd party voice comm programs are permitted.

This question came up Friday night on the Developer's Shoutcast.

The answer SmokeJumper gave was that there would be proximity voice communications.
