DX9 and planetside

I would like to see the developers add into the DX9 code the abilty to override other programs...so they wont run when DX9 is being used. Too many times my virus program or other programs will update or do their thing while im playing planetside and it usually crashes the game.

why not disable those programs before running PS?
And the devs don't have any control over Direct X thats microsofts department.
