hey, I'm upgrading my case (most likely) to an ASPIRE Black/Silver X-Navigator (http://www.directron.com/atxa8nwal500.html) and am trying to decide on a PSU from that list. (case comes w/ PSU, I can swap them out on that site, if anyone has another site which I can do the same lemme know) However, they don't have the PSU (http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=17-159-016&depa=0) I was looking at. I don't know that much about PSU's, but I would like one with a good amount of 4-pin connectors and preferably a SATA connector. I have an AMD Athalon XP 3000+ on an Abit NF7-S. Can anyone help?

On that List Go with the AntecTrue, best bang for your buck, and a very reliable PSU.

I've never heard of coolmax, so I don't trust them. And any 550 for that low of a price is sketchy as hell.

If you want to pick a PSU outside of that list, go with any Enermax/OCZ/PCP&C.

Those are all I've ever used, but there are othe rgood ones.

As high as you can. Too many watts is nothing [literally] compared to what too little will do.

k, thx folks, looks like i have a little more saving to do. Too bad they don't make that case model w/o a PSU, which is retarded, but oh well. You live with what you got.
