rest of your specs, IE type/ammount of memory, vidcard ect.

and yes those are fine but i would look into getting a 939 socket CPU/Mobo, they have better upgradability, and the 90nm 3000+ is teh uber Overclocker

CPU (http://www.zipzoomfly.com/jsp/ProductDetail.jsp?ProductCode=80699-R) and Motherboard (http://www.zipzoomfly.com/jsp/ProductDetail.jsp?ProductCode=246478).

Second, for AMD 64bit, I suggest either AMD and Asus (http://www.zipzoomfly.com/jsp/ProductDetail.jsp?ProductCode=80699-2-240412) or AMD and MSI (http://www.zipzoomfly.com/jsp/ProductDetail.jsp?ProductCode=80699-2-241143) combos. The socket 939 gives you a faster FSB and dual channel memory access, which the socket 754 doesn't have. The motherboards offer 4 DIMM slots for upto 4MB of memory and access to higher speed CPU's for future upgrades.

Just my 2 pence.
