This was just posted on the Official Site moments ago:Due to database maintenance, the Live Chat Service and Knowledge Base will be unavailable after 6 P.M. Friday 10/06/06. The Knowledge Base will be available after 12:00 A.M PST Saturday 10/07/06 and Live Chat will be open normal business hours Monday 10/09/06.
