The ticket will be in the form of a voucher that can be redeemed via www.delta.com upon checkout after booking your flight. This is not a cash voucher and is good for 1 international first class ticket to anywhere from the lower 48. The voucher must be redeemed by 6/7/2013. For tax purposes the redeemed value of this voucher is $3500 and as I most likely will not be giving you another $7000 over the next 12 months you will not need to report this as real income.
