Apparantly it will be used for the 12 vs 12 Grudge Match between King Barney [Trammel] and Papa Smurf [Highby] on friday.

Yeah the EliteSquad on Esamir. So that means we won't have to wait long before we can finally see and actually play on Esamir :groovy:

Seems like the PS2 devs have rebranded "Soon™" to "In the next 2 weeks ™" :D

"In the next 2 weeks" we will have:

MAX resource costs
Sunderers as the default spawn
HA/Medic default weapon swap
Esamir
Character wipe
90% (?) of the certs implemented
New base capture timers


And that "2 weeks" started counting from sometime last week... ;)

PS2 is going to look totally different by the end of September it seems :eek:

Can't wait to watch footage when people start playing on Esamir. Wish I was in beta..:(
