Did they break the Draw Distance?

I haven't played in a long time but I notice enemies don't pop in till mega close and I'm having so many mid air collisions with those ammo towers that suddenly just pop in front of me. It's got so annoying I've just quit again, like literally everything is maxed out, though that isn't saying much due to the lack of graphical options but the draw distance sucks and the spotting system seems really random now too. I'm pressing q and nothing is happening half the time and they have to be so close now.

Yeah, I hit an ammo tower today, ending my 20 killing spree. Actually, it didn't kill me, but i did a wierd 360, lost almost all of my health, and wasn't able to get out of lock range. So I bailed. :( the 360 was really nice though
