How do we know what we got from it?

I got an email telling me I unlocked tier 3 but I'm pretty sure I only unlocked tier 2.

I got the same thing but this was back in September. It was like "congrats you got tier 3!" then a week or so later I got a follow up email saying, "sorry, we messed that up you got tier 1. Our bad!"
