HELP! login issue

im having problems logging in using my account.

-i d/loaded the game via steam
-i live in the eu
- have authenticated my account on the planetside2.eu site and signed up there

yet when i try login all i get is the invalid name or password thingy.



any help? i cant login to support either gives same error however i can still login to the website...

Apparently adding 'environment=psg' to your LaunchPad.ini file is helping some people.

It got me further (could accept T&C) but now my launcher crashes with that line added.

Have 3 friends with the same problem. My best advice is to create a US SOE account as the default steam client is US version. Hence the login errors as I'm assuming your SOE accounts are EU. You can still choose the EU servers to play on (when they come back up) Or you could just wait until SOE and Steam work out what to do between them. Up to you. Hope this helps :o)
