Crash on loading screen

Its quite simple really i havent had a crash till now and it isnt ingame its when i die and at the loading screen it just stops at 68 % or 98 % or some other number :(
so help?!

and i want to know this is there a 50 % + XP on every weekend?

It happend again :( this time it wasnt loading screen i was done with making a new soldier (TR) on the server Woodcamb (or something) and just after the intro and after landing i walked a few steps and crash :(
