Anyway, since I'm new to this forum (although been on official forums since beta), I feel that a "Welcome to Planetside 2" screenshot is the way to start. :p

• Testing today: I knew you could destroy drop pods on the way down, but I didn't know you could kill the occupant as he spawns - Poor level 1 light assault. :(

The classic floaty grenade. I saw this from a massive distance away and ran into the middle of a firefight to get the screenshot. :doh:

Lots of things glitch out around the giant fights at the Crown, but some of the exploded vehicles started glitching out too, freezing random bits of debris all over the place just in the air. Very surreal.

If they're still around I made 2 threads on the beta forums that were basically image dumps of bugs I had found and invisible walls. They fixed a few of them and others they walled over removing fun (looking at you techplant).

This image is one of the few that really turns me on for PS2's engine's potential for scary, underground, close combat. The textures don't look that good up close but to be fair that ceiling was never meant to be seen. This is under the warpgate vehicle platform just outside where you spawn. Normally it's physically impossible to get under here but the physically impossible is my bailiwick. Seriously though: dark, cramped, enforced crouched, nasty, tunnel warfare. I can't wait.

This was taken inside a techplant before they added the space elevator and was in one of the corners above the large vehicle bay at the back end of the building. To get there go to the vehicle term on the 2nd floor then hop the railing and run to the left or right beyond where the 2nd floor wall would cut you off, there are corners that you can hide in. When I first checked these nooks both floors didn't hold weight (though oddly hitting them from the bottom would crack your skull). Now just one of them is a mystery.

This was also before release so I don't know if it still holds up since I don't have a powerful enough jetpack to get up there but last I checked if you jump off of one of the walls on the 2nd floor you could make it up to on top of the central beams (you may need to crouch to get in there). However, the top of the beam was incorporeal (WHICH SUCKS). Also the other change in release was the walling over of the doglegs that the supports in the walls make. I used to hide out in them as a light assault because hiding in spots that people don't check is awesome.

I think this is in live, not sure. It's an invisible wall on the side of one of the elevators up to the biolab.

some cracking screen shots. is the in game SOE screen shot working properly now or are you guys using none game assets to take them? last time i took screen shots they where tiny in the soe folder. was gutted as they where gorgeous shots on Esamir :(

Eh, I had to use Print Screen then paste it into MSPaint because it loads fast. I'm opening the game through steam now because I know that steam's overlay screenshot function works ingame.

Does the in game PS2 screenshot function work for some people? It doesn't work for me. I've set the directory in the options.ini file and tried various keymappings, but nothing happens. Video capture works fine.
