Turns out the official server status has been down almost all this time as well.

Thank you everyone for your patience today we broke all sorts of records for traffic and concurrent users. The SOE Server Status API for PS2 is busted at the moment and as a result our status page shows all servers missing. Sorry about that - problem isn't on our end.
